LTE Union - a temporary association to coordinate the agenda and activities to operators on exploring the possibilities and conditions to development in Russia of mobile broadband networks LTE/4G. Created by decision of GRFC (the General Radio Frequency Centre) № 10-10-03-2 on December 28, 2010.
