Over 20,000 company employees provide the highest level of service, which is reflected in the increasingly growing customer loyalty level. A bonus loyalty programme called «The Svyaznoy-Club» is the biggest national coalition loyalty programme in the Federation, which accounts for as many as 15 million participants.
