Non-commercial partnership «National council of financial market» was created by group of leading banks in pursuing of such aims as:
- increasing quality of the legal work for banks,
- expansion of services offered for our clients (banks),
- providing of the efficient and timely expert work in bank regulations (including questions outside the national payment system),
- organization of the systematic and coherent cooperation with The Central Bank of the Russian Federation and other prolific institutions/
Professional basis of new organization consists of experienced specialists in the field of banking regulation, which has created system of law expertise, main features of which are as follows:
1) high efficiency and timeliness of response to the needs of our members,
2) working mechanisms of cooperation between banking specialists during elaboration and coordination of positions concerning bills,
3) efficient cooperation with employees of The Central Bank of the Russian Federation and other profilic institutions,
4) inclusion into all relevant working and expert group concerning banking regulation.
NCFM provides for members efficient and timely legal services, carries expert work and preparation of reports on the bills concerning banking and financial regulation, prepares initiative legal projects and also provides current legal work for our members.
|  | Russian E-Money Association was established in 2009. We represent the leading companies and associations working in the e-money sector. Main goal of the Russian EMA is the evolution of the e-money market as an easily accessible service for the public, state and the representatives of the sector. Development of regulation, enhancement of cooperation among the market participants as well as with regulators, popularization of the e-money services, making the market even more transparent and elaboration of the best practices are the main ways to achieve that objective.
The creation the Russian E-Money Association was initiated by i-Free, WebMoney, Yandex.Money, payment service QIWI and national associations: Russian Microfinance Center and E-Commerce Association.
|  | MasterCard Members Association (MMA) was founded in 1995 with the purpose to coordinate a business activity of Russian members of MasterCard Int. payment system. Nowadays MMA is a leading association of professional members in the payment card market in Russia and unites 45 credit organizations including the biggest Russian emitents and acquirers. Association takes part in MasterCard policy implementation in the local market, makes proposals to change rules of payment system operation, shapes law initiatives, participates in security standards development and resolves different issues related to the creation of more profitable emission conditions, service and usage of payment cards. Members are able to form Association business activity, propose actual issues for review. Association’s activity includes work of Law Committee, Security and Risk Committee, Expert Group on ATM and Security Forum. Representatives of MMA bank-members have the access to the up-to-date information of security issues within framework of Association Committee activity; MMA representatives share online its experience and information of security issue on Association Forum. Within framework of Marketing and Business development Committee MMA bank-members participate in programs discussion to promote MasterCard product and technologies in the market.
|  | Russian National Payment Council Association - is a non commercial organization that was instituted by world’s leading payment schemes to promote the sound development of digital payments landscape in Russia and to foster cashless payments practices by Russian financial services players.
The Council’s main objectives are the legal and industrial research to aid the development of digital transactions market in Russia while protecting the interests of service providers and aiding the increased financial literacy and security of consumers.
The Council is acting on those objectives through special committees that liaison with Russian Government main institutions to support the latest legislation on payments , including the Government of Russian Federation, the State Duma, Reserve Bank of Russia and others. They also cooperate closely with international associations and governance bodies to retrieve the best practices on payments.
