Established in 1991, the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) is a non-government, non-commercial organization, a part  of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry System of the Russian Federation. LTE Union - a temporary association to coordinate the agenda and activities to operators on exploring the possibilities and conditions to development in Russia of mobile broadband networks LTE/4G. Created by decision of GRFC (the General Radio Frequency Centre) № 10-10-03-2 on December 28, 2010. Currently in the Partnership Project LTE Union is working VimpelCom, MegaFon, MTS and Rostelecom as members.

Mobile broadband is changing the way the world communicates. The UMTS Forum helps all players in this dynamic value chain understand and profit from the opportunities of 3G/4G LTE networks and their evolution.
The UMTS Forum is an active member of all three ITU Sector Groups. It also regularly contributes to the works of EC and CEPT and fosters strong links with other governmental, administrative, industry and technical bodies.
As an ETSI Partner and a Market Representation Partner in the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) the UMTS Forum contributes to the standardization of mobile broadband. It also supports the licensing process through dialogue with regulators and responses to public consultations.
For more than fifteen years, the UMTS Forum has played a key role in identifying and securing adequate radio spectrum for mobile broadband networks. This is demonstrated by the Forum’s close involvement in the World Radiocommunication Conferences (WRC) from WRC-2000 to WRC-2012, as well as current preparations for the next meeting (WRC-2015). Organised every 3-4 years by ITU, WRC is a crucial event for everyone with an interest in the global allocation, harmonisation and use of radio spectrum.
The UMTS Forum also supports the interests of its membership with studies and other outputs in the areas of market trends, mobile broadband services, key growth markets, technology and implementation. A strong promotional voice is maintained via a high-profile presence at industry conferences and briefings to the media.
Membership of the UMTS Forum draws together everyone with an interest in mobile broadband, including network operators, regulators and the manufacturers of network infrastructure and terminal equipment.

Association of Regional Telecom Operators (ARTO) is one of leading Russian associations of telecom market players and was founded in February 1995 (former name Association-800). ARTO is a non-commercial association of companies created for the purpose of coordination of business activities, representation and protection of general property interests of its members in the sphere of communications. Today the association unites 30 companies which are engaged in development and operation of mobile and fixed-line networks in RF and CIS countries. Primary goals of ARTO are assistance to regional operators in business and networks development, assistance in interaction with communications administration. International Telecommunications  Academy (MAC) is an international organization. It is a voluntary public association of academics, outstanding managers and highly skilled professionals.
